Jamaican Grilled Chicken
1/4 cup of Patak’s® Hot Mango Chutney
1 tablespoon of Jamaican Choice ® Hot Pepper Sauce - 3oz
1 lb of Flank Steak
2Tbsp Jamaican Choice ® Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
1 medium bunch of fresh Broccoli
1 cup of LAWRY’S® Caribbean Jerk with Papaya Juice Marinade
1. Score the flank steak and marinade flank steak with 1/2 cup with LAWRY’S® Caribbean Jerk with Papaya Juice for 1-2 hours
2. Preheat griddle to medium-high. In a small bowl mix the chutney and hot sauce together. Rub the flank steak with Jamaican Choice ® Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
3. Broil the flank steak for 10 minutes (15 minutes for well done). Brush rest of the marinade on the steak.
4. Steam Broccoli for About 7 minutes. Lift lid occasionally to helps the broccoli retain its bright green color. Remove the flank steak from the broiler and spread the Patak’s® Hot Mango Chutney all over.
Serving size: 3-4 servings unless you have a very big appetite
