Shoulder WorkoutA couple of basic exercises of the shoulder muscles are shoulder presses and raises. Military press, seated dumbbell press, standing shoulder press, Arnold presses etc. Pressing movements involves the tricep which is also known as indirect muscle training in which the tricep gets trained slightly but not directly.Raises include exercises such as front raises, lateral raises, dumbbell laterals, bent over etc. Exercise involve the extension of the arm upward in a wide arc, this isolates the muscles.
