I was stationed on the great island of Guam from 1987 - 1990. There were just a handful of bodybuilders on the island at that time. The only real gyms were the Naval base and UOG which was run by Benny. Anyways I was wondering if there are any other bodybuilders from that time still around. Angelo? Paul Quenga? Cant rememebr the others names. I was a bodybuilder and a judge during that time. Would love to hear from ya'll... |

Paul and Angelo Di Amore still live here.I was Paul's training partner back then. Paul doesn't compete anymore. He picked MMA at like 38 years old and was pretty good at it and was undefeated for a while. Now he's working a Goverment Job. Angelo Di Amore still lives here as well, and does IT work/ teaches at the University. Benny Crawford still trains regularly and looks great for 65+ yrs.
Do you remember Ed Perez, Terry Debold, Joe Duenas, Tony Morrison? I have no clue who you are. I was thinking maybe Bob Bex. Anyway shoot me an email at fit360@gmail.com and I'll fill you in.

Trench, if you see Paul tell him Gregg wants to talk to him. Just tell him I used to train with him back in 1988-89. He will know who I am. Thanks

Left Guam, got out of the Navy, and played Div 1 College Football (got real fat 300 lbs)
Currently, slimmed down to around 260
Living in North Carolina and working in Aerospace
I would love to hear from some of my old friends, i.e. Mona, Benny, Terry Debold, etc....

Hey Bob,
I remember you. I was still in HS when we all trained at the UOG field house while Benny was managing the facility. There were a group of us still in HS at the time. Ed Perez, Felix Ungacta, Paul Quenga, Pat Diaz and myself.
How did you happen on this site? Do you still compete? I'll let Terry know you are on here. He's still pretty active in BB and wrestling just as an official though. Mona is a PT and Benny still looks great and is still making babies in his 60's.
