Rich was always who I looked up to when I first started training back in 2002 at Golds Gym. Joe is the next coming!!! Watch OUT GUAM, Joe is gonna be unstoppable in the next few years if he keeps competing. Just 18 years old!! His wheels are already freaks of nature!!!
